Caring for Your Polymer Clay Purchase

Keep your Polymer Clay items looking brand new by storing in a clean, dry area. Keep them away from other jewelry/sharp objects to avoid surface scratches. Avoid getting them wet, and away from chemicals and makeup. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Each item is carefully and uniquely hand made and may show slight imperfections. No two items are ever "identical" - making each item you purchase unique!

Polymer Clay is extremely durable when baked properly. Your piece will not break if bent or dropped. However, please avoid doing so.

Shipping
Base fee for shipping is $3. The size of some shipments may increase the shipping cost. When confirming your order, I will include the shipping fee.

Damages and Issues/Refund and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are offered or accepted. However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
